In addition to a competitive base salary, Zaiq offers a wide range
of benefit programs for our employees. The following list is a summary of the programs available including Incentive Stock Option Plan, 401(k) Plan, home computer and Internet reimbursement.

Employees accrue 15 days of paid vacation beginning the first year of employment. Employees with five years of industry experience accrue 20
days. |

Eleven days per year are set at the first of the year. |

| Sick/Personal |
|
Employees may take up to five paid sick days per year, of which two may be taken as personal days. |

| Medical |
|
Employees and their families are eligible to participate in either the HMO or POS company healthcare plans. |

| Dental |
|
Employees and their families are eligible to participate in company dental plan. |
|
| Opt-out Plan for Health Care |
|
Zaiq provides an opt-out bonus for those choosing to be covered under another health care plan. |
|
| Flexible Spending Account (FSA) |
|
Employees can elect the option of paying certain un-reimbursed medical/dental AND dependent care expenses from before-tax earnings. |
|
| 401(k) Plan |
|
The Zaiq 401(k) plan is managed by Fidelity Investments. |
|
| Short-Term Disability |
|
Provides 100% salary continuation for up to 90 days for approved disabilities. |
|
| Long-Term Disability |
|
Provides 60% of salary after 90 days. |
|
| Basic Life Insurance, AD&D, and Business Travel Insurance |
|
Each is 2X salary up to a maximum of $400,000. Premiums paid by Zaiq Technologies. |

| Incentive Stock Option Plan |
|
Vests over four-year period. 25% of grant is exercisable after one year. 6.25% is exercisable after each additional quarter of employment. |

| Tuition Reimbursement |
|
Zaiq will reimburse 100% of tuition for approved job-related classes, up to $6,000 per year. |
|
| Computer Reimbursement |
|
Zaiq will reimburse 50% of the cost of a home computer, up to $800. |
|
| Internet Reimbursement |
|
Zaiq will reimburse up to $25 per month for home Internet access. |
|
| Membership Fees |
|
Zaiq will reimburse up to $100 per year for approved professional membership fees. |
