--Success of IC Design and Verification Consultancy Prompts Move to Expanded Facility--
Woburn, Mass., - January 19, 1999 - ASIC Alliance Corporation, a leading provider of design and verification services to companies that produce a broad range of IC-based end products, today announced that it has relocated its corporate headquarters in order to accommodate the Company's explosive growth. ASIC Alliance Corporation is now located at 78 Dragon Court in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Due in part to the shift to more ASIC content in electronics-based systems, the consultancy-based design and verification market surged in 1998. To keep pace with its burgeoning business, the new ASIC Alliance headquarters is five times larger than its former space and leaves room for continued growth while eyeing future branch expansion outside New England.
